(using definitions and a letter added to the beginning of the second word of two words with the same spellings will produce two completely different words)

Here is an example of two words with the same spellings which become two different words with the addition of one letter and which match the definitions as indicated:

Add a letter to the beginning of a word that means, "to incline or to bend from a vertical position or to rest against something for support against something else" to create a different word meaning, "unsoiled; unstained".
